Comic Sanctum Shipping and Returns Policy
Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges, with the exception of the Total Price listed under the Customer’s Shopping Cart, which is inclusive of these charges. Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight of the item/s being shipped. Comic Sanctum will endeavour to deliver product to the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with the Delivery Policy as detailed on this website.
All deliveries will be made to the address that the Customer gives for delivery of the product.
Comic Sanctum reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure. This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address, a BFPO or a PO Box. In this event, Comic Sanctum will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Comic Sanctum will not be liable to the Customer in the event that Comic Sanctum is prevented by circumstance from delivering product that the Customer has ordered.
The Customer should be aware that, when goods are shipped internationally, they are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities and customers may incur import tariff charges to receive goods.
Right to Cancel
The Customer may cancel their order, up to 3 working days after the Customer has received their goods. The following claim guidelines must be observed:
a) You must send pictures of all the unopened items you ordered from Comic Sanctum and they must be in the same condition as you received them. In the event that the Customer has unsealed the packaging on individual items then the Customer’s right to cancel no longer applies.
b) You must state your case for cancellation.
c) If the claim is regarding items that were damaged in the post we will investigate to assess if we can claim back for the damage. Please send as many pictures as possible so we can open a case. Please send pictures and correspondence to firstname.lastname@example.org.
d) Should a customer wish to invoke their right to cancel on any item, the product must be returned to Comic Sanctum in its original packaging and in a resalable condition with all seals and wrappings.
Should the Customer invoke their right to cancel, the following Terms apply:
If Comic Sanctum has not yet dispatched the product, Comic Sanctum will cancel the Customer’s order and no costs will be charged to the Customer’s account.
If Comic Sanctum has already dispatched the product, the Customer will be liable for the postage costs and should contact email@example.com. See rules for refund process in the Right to Cancel section. The Customer undertakes the responsibility to return product/s to Comic Sanctum. The Customer must return the item/s to Comic Sanctum within 5 working days of receipt, undamaged, to qualify for a refund.
In the event that an item is defective, missing, faulty or sent in error by Comic Sanctum, the customer should contact Comic Sanctum to arrange the return of the item.
The Customer should use and include all the original packaging to return their item/s to Comic Sanctum. See rules for refund process in the Right to Cancel section
Comic Sanctum will offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. Where we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the cost of the item/s and postage where applicable.
The Customer must return the item/s to Comic Sanctum within 5 working days days of receipt for faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect goods to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Individually listed items have been graded Very Good, Excellent, Mint or Near Mint Condition. We try to be as accurate as possible and there may be some slight issues with shelf wear on certain items. All our comics are bagged and boarded, our Funko’s (5.5 x 5.5 x 9.8 centimetres) come with a protective case, unless otherwise stipulated. So we take extra precautions to ensure stock arrives in excellent condition.
If you receive an item from our sale that is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the condition of that product please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event it is not possible to replace the item with one in new condition we will offer a full refund of that item once it is returned in no worse condition than reported to us in your email communication with us. You must provide photo evidence to be considered for a refund in all claims cases. Failing to do so, or disputing provision of this proof will result in an immediate dismissal of the Customer claim.
